I had struggled with my weight for years and had limited enthusiasm for exercise. At Christmas I realised it was time to do something about it. I started training with Rob and his nutritional advice was particularly helpful. I have lost weight consistently without my usual crash dieting approach which usually lasted about 2 weeks. After losing a couple of stone Rob encouraged me to get into cycling in a big way. He even went and purchased my first bike with me and set me a training plan. In cycling I found a type of training that I really love for the first time.
I went from couch potato to completing a 300 mile London to Paris bike ride in 5 months. This is one of my proudest achievements and I can’t thank Rob enough.
